What makes my family unique?

What is unique about me as a parent?

What makes my children who they are?

Support from Sonia has been a cornerstone in my relationship with Téo. First and foremost It helped us to better understand each other. And I know that it has helped him to be better equipped for navigating his future relationships.”
Aurélie, mother of Téo, 13 years old

The family is the foundation of our lives and has a lasting impact on us. How can we build this foundation for our children and ourselves?

1.  Take stock of a particular aspect of your child’s life that raises questions (at school, at home…).  I also work with parents and children who are high potentials and/or hypersensible.  You want something different for your child, he/she feels misunderstood, closes you out, or rebels.  You may feel lost. There may have been a major change to your family (a separation, a move, a new baby….).

2. Clarifier your feelings, understand what makes your parent-child relationship unique.  You will enrich each other with your differences, nurture your unique bond, progress in maturity and in the knowledge of yourself and your child, prepare for the future.

3. Experience sessions for you, your child / teenager, or for both of you at the same time in order to work on your interactions. The session is founded on transparency and caring.

Workshops

A special time with your child to get to know each other better...

An engaging and intense (in a good way!) parent-child workshop in small groups which are facilitated using games and powerful questions.

  • The benefits? The trust we create in the parent-child relationship carries us through life, and so it is essential to cultivate it.  This workshop will allow you to connect with your child in a different way and deepen your relationship

  • The objective? A moment in your schedules that is centered on the objective of knowing each other better and strengthening your bond

  • How? Through self-knowledge games, group reflection/discussion and non-violent communication exercises
